Aesthetic treatments in Istanbul: a guide for visitors
Many of our clients combine a treatment with a trip to Istanbul. This guide helps you plan: how many days to allow, what to prepare before you travel and what to avoid afterwards, so you can enjoy both your result and your stay.
How many days should I plan?

Every plan is individual – tell us your travel dates and we will advise you.
Before you travel
- Send us your goals and travel dates via WhatsApp; photos help us prepare.
- Tell us about medications, allergies and previous treatments. Do not stop prescribed medication without your doctor's advice.
- At the clinic you complete our 15-question health questionnaire; a doctor reviews it before treatment.
- Don't book your treatment on your last day – leave time between treatment and flight.
Hamam, sun and sea after treatment
Istanbul invites you to a Turkish bath, a boat trip on the Bosphorus or a day at the beach. After treatment:
- Botox & fillers: no hamam, sauna or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Microblading, eyeliner & lip blush: keep the area dry and avoid hamam, sauna, swimming and direct sun for about 10 days.
- Tip: plan hamam visits and beach days before your treatment or after the healing period.
Flying home
Flying after Botox is generally fine. After fillers, most clients can fly one to two days later. Mild swelling is normal. You receive detailed aftercare instructions after every treatment.

Saina Beauty is in Kocatepe, Beyoğlu, close to Taksim Square – easy to reach from most hotels in central Istanbul and from both airports (Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen) by taxi or airport bus to Taksim.
